Our pork comes from sustainably-raised pigs. Our criteria for sourcing sustainable meat is threefold. First, economic stability: we pay a fair price. Second, social sustainability. We buy from farms that treat their neighbors and workers well. Last but not least, environmental sustainability. We buy from farms that don't use chemicals harmful to the environment.
